Privacy, in plain language. No small print games.
This site is one page and one contact form. Here is exactly what happens to anything you send.
1. What is collected
- Only what you type in the contact form: your name, a WhatsApp number or email address, optionally your business type and your message.
- Standard server log data (IP address, time, requested URL) produced by the web server for security and rate limiting.
- No cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no fingerprinting.
2. Why it is collected
To read your message and reply to you with a quote or an answer. Nothing else. Your details are never sold, rented or used to build marketing profiles.
3. Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored as plain records on the private server that hosts this website (not in a third-party CRM) and a copy of the notification is delivered to the owner's private messaging account so the message is not missed. The data is not shared with anyone except the hosting provider that physically runs the server.
4. How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept while a project conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for accounting and follow-up purposes. Server logs are rotated automatically and dropped after a short retention window.
5. Your control
- Ask for a copy of what is held about you — sent to you on request.
- Ask for it to be corrected or deleted — deleted within 7 days, unless a law requires keeping an invoice record.
- Requests: use the contact form on the home page and say "data request".
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the server and to stored enquiries is restricted to the owner. No payment card data is ever collected by this website: payments, when they happen, are handled by the agreed payment method directly between the two parties.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about any of the above are welcome through the contact form.
